Since 1918, the Centre has been devoted to enriching the quality of life of the elderly. All care is designed to meet the unique requirements of the individual and the family, and is guided by the values and principles of Judaism. Baycrest provides a variety of residential, day, and specialized services on-site and in clients’ homes, to more than 2,000 adults daily. The centre also provides families with support and counselling, education about ageing, and helpful information about how to gain access to the appropriate services. (Although Baycrest does not have a program dedicated to or strictly for MS clients, some of the programs may be accessed by an older person with MS.)
