technical assistance laboratory. In-home service is also provided for
coaching in resume writing and interview skills.

Team members will provide functional capacity
evaluations in the workplace for clients with MS. In addition, they can
assess for and provide adaptive or assistive devices to improve function in
day- to- day activities in the workplace.

issues, through the use of vocational assessments and evaluations,
employment counselling, environmental controls and adaptations.

Healthcare Centre
Occupational therapists can perform pre-vocational
assessments (physical appraisal and evaluation of work behavioural skills)
for West Park clients. The therapists can assess and provide for adaptive/assistive
devices in the work place and made appropriate community referrals (e.g.
Vocational Rehabilitation Services).
