Seating and mobility clinics specialize in assessing and
prescribing equipment for clients with complex needs, such as: muscle
tone imbalances, spinal and joint deformities, skin breakdown, or
where a seating assessment is indicated. Clinicians are authorized to
prescribe seating and mobility devices under the Ministry of Health’s
Assistive Devices Program (ADP).
